Byamugisha Alan Billz

Alan has a deep interest is the corporate commercial law and corporate governance. If fact he would rather do nothing else. When some of us idle around on a Saturday afternoon or catch a movie, Allan is online – on his phone – reading anything of relevance to his corporate commercial law interest.

Alan has previously worked at Kateera&Kagumire Advocates, a Chambers & Partners, listed Ugandan law firm, where he acquired vast knowledge in the areas of Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, Corporate & Commercial law and Conveyancing. He has interned with the Office of the Attorney General and Department of Justice of Kenya.

Alan is an Associate in ourcorporate & commercial and intellectual propertylaw teams. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society.
