Harris Kukundakwe

Harris is responsible for our Litigation – an area of legal practice he is immensely passionate about. He also practices property law and conveyancing, and occasionally, commercial law.

Harris brings to his work dedication and a rare capacity for hard work. While he loves to litigate, and can often be found sitting-in on court proceedings for the fun of it, he is a strong advocate of alternative dispute resolution.

Harris is as well involved in cross-border practice especially in Uganda, and has a wealth of knowledge and impeccable networks across the East African region. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society.
